Located in Western Ukraine, the city of 200,000 is now home to thousands of internally displaced Ukrainians who fled here for safety from war zone areas.

High-priority needs: trauma care, humanitarian needs (meals, medicine), child services.

All WeCare Centers agree to operational and financial oversight from Ukraine Partnership Missions. This structure, which includes counsel and service from American experts, is designed to assure integrity and efficiency.
