About Ternopil
Ternopil’s pre-war population was about 216,000; the city is also now home to tens of thousands of internally displaced Ukrainians who fled to the Eastern areas of Ukraine for safety from war zone areas.

Ternopil WeCare Center Operations

All WeCare Centers agree to operational and financial oversight from Ukraine Partnership Missions. This structure, which includes counsel and service from American experts, is designed to assure integrity and efficiency.
