From God-Sized Dream to Life-Changing Ministry

When Margarita fled her home in Eastern Ukraine after the Russian invasion began, she carried with her both the pain of displacement and a deep sense of calling.

A trained physical therapist, Margarita had a dream: to begin an Equine Therapy program that could serve people living with physical disabilities and trauma. It was an ambitious vision—one that may have seemed impossible in the midst of war and upheaval.

But God was already at work.

Through the Institute for Leadership & Coaching, Margarita found the training, encouragement, and support she needed to take the next steps. What began as a quiet dream became something more: a clear calling and a growing ministry.

Today, Margarita is turning that God-sized vision into reality, creating new pathways of healing and hope for those carrying deep physical and emotional wounds.
