Legacy Giving

Let your values continue shaping lives.

Create a lasting legacy by including Ukraine Partnership Foundation in your estate or beneficiary plans.
Every day, hundreds of students and graduates of Ukrainian Baptist Theological Seminary and the Institute for Leadership & Coaching, and the staff and volunteers of WeCare Centers are living out the Gospel in their families, churches, and communities. Your continuing prayers and gifts make this Kingdom work possible.

A legacy gift can extend your support for UPF’s mission beyond your lifetime. You can provide for the people you love while also including a charitable gift that reflects your faith, values, and commitment to Ukraine.

A lasting expression of faith, generosity, and hope.

A Gift for the Future

Continue supporting a mission close to your heart.

Through a will, trust, beneficiary designation, or another estate arrangement, you can make a future gift to Ukraine Partnership Foundation.

Your gift can provide flexible support where it is needed most or support an approved purpose discussed with UPF in advance. Our current legacy program also recognizes donors who communicate a planned-gift intention through its Partners in Hope giving society.

You do not need to disclose the value of your gift to notify UPF of your intention. Sharing your plans allows the organization to thank you, document your wishes, and help ensure it can carry them out responsibly.

Partners in Hope

Allow us to recognize your lasting commitment.

UPF’s current legacy program welcomes donors who have communicated a planned-gift intention into the Partners in Hope giving society.

Members may choose whether their commitment is recognized publicly or kept confidential.

Notifying UPF does not require you to disclose the gift’s value, and beneficiary designations can generally be updated when personal circumstances change, subject to the terms of the account or plan.

Frequently Asked Questions about legacy giving

Do I need to have a large estate?

No. Legacy gifts can be structured as a specific amount, a percentage, a particular asset, or a beneficiary designation.

Can I provide for my family and still include UPF?

Yes. Many arrangements allow donors to provide for loved ones while also including a charitable gift.

Do I need to tell UPF the value of my gift?

No. You may notify UPF of your intention without disclosing the estimated amount.

Can my gift support a particular ministry or purpose?

Contact UPF before including a restriction or specific designation. We can confirm if we can accept, administer, and use the proposed gift as intended.

Can I change my plans later?

Wills, revocable trusts, and many beneficiary designations can be updated, depending on the arrangement. Consult the appropriate advisor or plan administrator.

Does UPF provide legal or tax advice?

UPF can only provide its legal name, tax identification number, and organizational information. Consult qualified advisors regarding your documents, tax circumstances, and estate plans.

Are charitable gifts automatically tax deductible?

Federal deduction rules depend on the organization, gift, donor, documentation, and applicable limitations. IRS Publication 526 explains that charitable deductions may be limited and generally require gifts to qualified organizations and appropriate records.
