WeCare Center Locations
Year-to-Date
Network statistics last updated September 16, 2026.
Locations shown are approximate to help protect center teams and the people they serve.
Network Impact
Local Centers reach people throughout Ukraine.
The figures reported above demonstrate the network’s reach.
Its deeper impact is seen in the people who find care, community, faith, and renewed opportunities through each Center.
Care shaped by the needs of each community.
No two Ukrainian communities have experienced Russia’s invasion in exactly the same way. Needs vary based on location, displacement, damaged infrastructure, available services, and the people who call the community home.
Each WeCare Center adapts its work accordingly. Local teams of staff and volunteers may provide food, medicine, housing assistance, child care, education, trauma counseling, spiritual guidance, employment resources, or other community-focused programs as needed.
They build trusted relationships and respond with an understanding of the people and circumstances around them.

Strengthening Local Leadership
How the Network Serves
Values that protect dignity and build trust.
WeCare Centers seek to provide more than temporary assistance. Their work is guided by values that strengthen people, relationships, and communities.
Human Dignity
Every person should be treated with compassion, respect, and recognition of their God-given worth.
Personal Responsibility
Programs encourage people to contribute to their communities, and use their abilities to serve others.
Community Focus
Centers listen to local needs and work with volunteers, local nonprofits, churches, and community leaders to pursue meaningful change.
ILC Training
Ongoing training supports effective operations.
Each WeCare Center is locally managed by leaders who understand the people, pressures, and opportunities present in their community.
Center directors and their teams receive ongoing leadership development through the Institute for Leadership & Coaching. This vital training helps leaders continually improve their skills and provides shared standards for effective ministry, efficient operations, accurate reporting, and financial accountability.
This combination of local leadership, personal and professional development, and shared accountability helps the network remain responsive while building trust with the communities they serve.
Connected Mission
Working together for transformation in Ukraine.
UBTS prepares pastors, counselors, ministry leaders, and church planters with theological education and mentoring.
ILC equips WeCareCenter directors and teams with practical leadership training and operational skills.
WeCare Centers are trusted community settings where leaders apply their education and training to provide people with physical, emotional, and spiritual support, in partnership with local churches and nonprofits.
With distinct but connected education and ministry purposes, they are united in a singular mission: transformation in Ukraine.
