The Institute for Leadership & Coaching (ILC), located at UBTS in Lviv, teaches Ukrainians of all backgrounds to lead in their homes, businesses, and communities with wisdom and integrity. Its new Psychological Support for Soldiers and Families Program trains students to help veterans, their families, and the families of fallen heroes heal from the trauma and loss of war. Participants include veterans and spouses, who seek healing for themselves and also want to help others. This video captures the program’s essense of community and caring.
